Originally drawn for a Featured Creature post, here were have an image of Krampus transformed into the consciousness expanding Mescalito. When I started adding color to this piece, I began with red skin. I didn't care for that direction and wasn't sure where to head next, but when I accidentally inverted the red layer to green in Photoshop it set me on the right path. I'm very satisfied with the intensity of the finished image here and will probably be creating more Mescalito images soon. :-){Sharpie with color added in Adobe Photoshop}
March 14th-17th 2013, Asheville, North Carolina will be celebrating it's Second Annual Tattoo Festival.
In honor of the celebration, from March 11th through the 17th I'll be
posting a tattoo design each day. If you see anything here you would
like to use as a tattoo, please feel free. If you do end up using
something, please send me a pic of the finished tat so I can see what it
looks like on the flesh. :-)

You're right about the intensity. He really pops as Mescalito. Great color choices!
I'm just grateful for the accident that turned him green. The red was so predictable and kinda plain. this is muuuuuch better! :-)
